The Open Air Homemade and Handmade
A holiday market and outdoor beer garden at sunset.
Join us at The Open Air Homemade and Handmade holiday market on Saturday December 20th. We transform Edward Day Gallery and Courtyard into a charming Europeanc biergarten that comes to life with local wares, festive holiday foods, mulled wine, live music and projected films. It's a cultural mash up of some our city's most talented artisans . This isn't your typical holiday market, it's a destination to quench your holiday appetite, by scoring a few last minute holiday gifts and to spend time with loved ones and new friends in a festive environment.
The Open Air Homemade and Handmade's mission is to celebrate the beauty of our city's streets and neighbourhood's and to create spaces for people to continue experiencing Toronto's culture in the great outdoors during the colder months. The event seeks to support local businesses and smaller pop up vendors in an environment that inspires creativity and community engagement. This event is not your typical holiday market; amidst our vendors is a mash up of musical performances, film and creative workshops. The Open Air Homemade and Handmade is a destination to linger, where people can forge new connections and build community over local festive food and beverages and our city's local goods.
Gifts for her, him, kids and home! Vintage, handmade, made from scratch and workshops too. You may even catch a classic holiday movie when sun sets.
